As a professional who struggled with self-doubt and 'imposter syndrome', I found that working with Ms. Medley greatly increased levels of confidence, well-being, and productivity in all domains of my life. Ms. Medley has a genuine, friendly demeanor which makes communication in a therapeutic environment flow naturally. Perhaps most importantly, she is able to identify positive traits and strengths which an individual often does not realize he or she possesses, and helps the individual to recognize, emphasize and own their unique inner strengths.
