I came to Dr. Roy Salgado quite recently for counseling reguarding my mental health, including PTSD and anxiety. I felt comfortable with him from my very first appointment, which is not usual for me. I can tell that Dr. Salgado cares and listens, which is a big thing for me. He offers great advice and coping tools. He explains everything in great detail so that I understand exactly what my brain is doing, and what we’re doing to work on it. My mental health has already begun to come up since starting therapy.
