I had a great experience working with Dr. Salinas at Salinas PT. I first injured my knee mountain biking in 2020 and didn't take the time to let it heal properly. I continued to surf, play sports and mountain bike while in pain. Being an athlete all my life I was hesitant but glad that I found him. After the evaluation, he was able to determine that I had lost muscle mass as a result of the injured knee and my body was trying to compensate for the weak area. He showed me a few techniques to strengthen the area, and to this day I have zero issues. Im back to mountain biking, surfing and playing sports with confidence. This guy is a seasoned expert that knows his stuff. The facility was clean, the staff was knowledgeable. If you want to get back to your sport, this is the place. Thanks, Doc!
