I really miss seeing Rupa. I'm not an adolescent anymore & am afraid I ended our relationship poorly. When I saw Rupa, I genuinely believe that she saved my life. I had a lot of issues at home in my family life and always felt unloved and unwanted. When I would see Rupa, she made me feel like a person again that was deserving of love and a "life worth living". Rupa has to be the most empathetic & caring person that I have met in my entire life. I struggled with intense SI and SH in various ways I can say without a doubt, Rupa saved my life. Every professional I had seen had always asked me if I had any trauma, because of all of my symptoms indicating that I would. It was so debilitating and hard to speak about that I always just denied it and said no. She made me feel safe enough to open up about it for the first time in years. Despite the initial months to come full of pain and trauma, I was able to face it, work through it, and change my life for the better. All thanks to Rupa.
