I am not a patient of Mr. Broadhead, but received unusual service from him, nevertheless. My hearing aid (obtained through another hearing health provider) was lost for 2 1/2 weeks and I had no luck in locating it at any of the places I had visited on the day it was lost. Someone found it and called him for help in finding its owner. Mr. Broadhead was so kind & quite the sleuth in calling the manufacturer and locating my e-mail and service provider. Mil Gracias to this Tucson Hero!
