My visits with Russell Clark have been nothing but superb! He's extremely knowledgeable, approachable & friendly. One visit he was working with an intern & his interactions with her & me remained professional & efficient. I got my first hearing aids from Costco & while they were cost effective the hearing quality did not come close to what I now have. I feel like I got my hearing back! (and it's worth every penny). I read & Dr. Clark confirmed that Costco model are usually 2 generations behind what is currently available & some of the features are stripped to keep the cost down. It all now made sense. I also liked St Luke's because there was no pressure to get a certain hearing aid. He is paid by his employer & is not based on what hearing aid I decide to purchase. And while quality hearing aids are not inexpensive, I saved $1000-2000 by going to a medical center like St. Lukes. Would highly recommend Dr. Russel Clark!
