i waited a very long time to get to see russ degroate, so i was persistent, untill i got him, i highly reccommend him, he is very engaging in coversation and knowlegeable. he is also a military background, another plus. i trust him completely and he has a very good way of drawing you out of yourself, to be as healthy mentally and physically as possible. a very great attitude and no nonsense. give him a try. i will stay with him as long as he is at my provider.
