I suffered with back pain for more than ten years. It started with a kind of stiffness when I did gardening or pulling weeds where I hurt trying to stand up after any bent over kinds of activities. It slowly got worse so even just standing in one place to do my work was painful and just a few months after that I couldn’t even lay in bed on my side without pain. Was like a crunchy sensation in my sacrum and left hip. I spent a few months going to a chiropractor which did a little help but the pain just kept returning and I needed more help. I found Dr. Whelton on YouTube and was so excited that his office was local for me! On my first visit he was able to see what was wrong with my sacrum and I began doing the exercises he recommended. After just a few days I was noticing relief! So awesome to be free from the pain! I’ve just finished my last appointment and I am so pleased to be able to live without the pain now.
