Following elbow surgery, I needed physical therapy. I asked friends who they had used, and several recommended Yogi Spine Care and Physical Therapy. I met with Sam, the therapist, at the Makefield Road Center and set up a 3 times per week program. We gradually created a routine at the center and then used at-home exercises to continue the therapy on off-days. I have found Sam’s stretching and conditioning exercises to be quite helpful. Sam also uses massage as part of the process to regain post-op flexibility. He is a very skilled, friendly and accommodating therapist. As a doctor, Sam has an excellent understanding of what is necessary to regain strength and mobility. His attention to detail, organization, and helpful recommendations have made PT a pleasurable experience. I highly recommend Yogi as a place to check out if you have a problem that requires physical therapy! B Beam
