As a runner, cyclist and weightlifter I have been in physical therapy with sports injuries of one kind or another at various times over the last 3 decades. The most effective therapy I have ever received has come from Sally Sligar and her team at Novacare, Westerville, OH. Sally and her crew are the best at what they do. They have helped me bring my fitness to the most optimal level. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I hope to work with Sally well into the future as my go-to PT.
