Dr. Ghanchi is very professional. He took the time to answer all questions, explained each component of the eye exam, thoroughly reviewed the films and talked about what to expect over time. As an excellent communicator, he addressed each concern in an understandable way and made sure I had the correct eye prescription. Also, the staff members were all respectful, helpful and pleasant to deal with each step of the way .
