I've been seeing Dr. Spinelli for over 6 years for PTSD (MST) and substance abuse treatment. He is my mental health coordinator at the Veteran's Affairs Hospital in East Orange N.J. I've found him to be very helpful, truly caring. I have recommended D. Spinelli to my friends and would highly recommend him to my family as well.
