I am Merritt Davis,s sister Sherene Easter. I am concerned about his mental health and don,t know what to do other than communicate with his prescriber, Dr. Sanghee Kweon. Merritt's DOB is October 14, 1973. He is on many prescribed medications as well as countless supplements, home remedies, and trying out lots of health experiments, drinking too much water, fermenting concoctions to drink. He has had a major lifestyle change this year with his Mother and lifelong companion leaving their home to live in a memory care center. He is very delusional, and for the most part, isolating at home. The home and yard care is very overwhelming to him and is in a terrible state of ruin. His two dogs are not being adequetly cared for, and this past week he was in the hospital for diverticulitis. My siblings and l are wanting any help or resources for him to get more care. We think counseling, case management, and having communication with his prescriber may be needed
