I met Sara a year ago. She is kind, compassionate and caring. Listens to every word i say without judgment. Points out where I've done well and cut myself short. Reminds me to be kind to myself. She also gives me tasks to help myself. Worksheets, journaling, work books, websites, etc. She has immensely helped me turn my mind and life around. I still have a way to go but i feel better mosts days and when I'm down, i now have the tools to pick myself back up! Shes awesome and I'm so grateful i met her!
