I was recommended to Sara Hueso by my room mate in College and I'm so glad I came. I was very depressed, my boyfriend left me ,no explanation, my self esteem was really bad and the pressure of College made everything worse. After a few sessions I was able to understand that my worthiness did not depend on my boyfriend ,I also learned and I'm still learning to live in the moment and no one defines who I am except me. I have recommended Sara to some of my friends in College. I am happy again :0)
