Several months ago I developed a severe case of sciatica in my left leg. My MD prescribed steroids to lessen the nerve irritation and a course of physical therapy. On recommendation, I selected Sarah Castor as my therapist. I could not be more pleased with my results! Prior to therapy, it was necessary for me to use a cane any time I needed to walk. My sense of balance was also terrible and I had fallen several times. Thanks to Sarah Castor's guidance and encouragement and the exercises she gave me, I no longer have any use for a cane. The pain I experienced from the sciatica is gone, and my balance has improved substantially. I'm now able to get around more easily and enjoy more active play with my grandchildren. Sarah Castor cares deeply about her patients/clients, and shows great knowledge in how a body's muscles and skeleton interact. I am very pleased to count her as a member of the team that provides me with medical care.
