I was an established patient at UAB eye foundation hospital for many years. I have several autoimmune diseases and when I had a severe eye infection I was unable to see my doctor at UAB. Dr. Gordon was recommended by my daughter and I was able to get in to see her immediately. She was kind, very thorough in the exam, and came up with a treatment plan understanding how my autoimmune issues affect my healing process. I was so impressed I decided right then to keep her as my eye doctor and transferred my records to her office. She takes the time to hear your thoughts and concerns and incorporate them into the overall treatment. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her. Doctors like this are extremely rare these days.
