First time I saw Sarah. She was very nice. Went over all my [...] files I brought from the [...], and the BMC info. Very thorough. She changed some of my Insulin units. The receptionist[...] is always courteous and helpful. The aid was considerate of my wheelchair, and helped me onto the scale. She was very personable.
