A very thorough exam, followed by a detailed explanation of her findings. Dr Lankford then went over the options available, explaining the pros and cons of each device. I have had over a dozen hearing test, her professionalism, knowledge and patience in dealing with my unique history was one of the best, if not the best exam I have been given. Dr Lankford has earned my highest recommendation.
