Only met Sarah once because I moved from the area, but she's very personable with "realistic" perspective on the clinical value of mindfulness-based treatments (breathing/yoga/etc). She told me she was reasonably new, but I didn't know I was one of her first patients until months later. Sarah was immensely more qualified to diagnose/treat anxiety issues than a care worker I ended up seeing months later who had 20+ years experience that ultimately proved useless/detrimental..=(
