I injured my hip June of 2018. I tried treating it myself for months. Finally my Dr. sent in for physical therapy. Dr. Sarah Sanchez developed the plan for my treatment. I spent an hour 2 days a week for 14 weeks at APTS and one day a week for another 3. She also gave me an exercise routine to do at home. It takes me between 50 min. and an hour three days a week to complete these exercises. My hip has greatly improved and I no longer walk with a limp. The young people I worked with at APTS (Sarah, Tysa, Dillon, Alejandro and Ronnie) were fantastic. They were knowledgeable, caring, and did their jobs professionally. Really the entire staff was so friendly and personable I enjoyed being there. I hope I don't need more PT in the future, but if I do I know where I'll go.
