Sarah Thien specializes in pelvic floor strengthening. If you have a weak pelvic floor, you may leak urine at times, called incontinence. The prescribed kegels and other exercises require a lot of practice over a period of months, but they are effective. Sarah is good at making you feel comfortable during the exams and while learning the exercises.
