Sarette is amazing, she listens, she actually listens to me! She is very thorough, friendly, personable, and professional. I have been going to East Cooper for almost fifteen years to see Dr. Rowe and she has just blown me away with her services. She really does advocate for me as a patient and it is such a relief, my quality of life has improved dramatically and it is thanks to her. As a larger person it is really hard to find a doctor that you are comfortable with and I am so happy to have her!
