A very well informed and caring individual. He was so efficient in getting all of my elderly husband's needs met. My husband bonded with Dr. Scott instantly. Because I want to show him the respect he deserves I dont feel comfortable enough to just call him by his first name so he is Dr. Scott to my husband and me. It is not so easy to find someone as caring as Scott is when you reach your older years.
