I just started watching or listening to his podcast and the way he puts things into perspective like he's inside my brain couldn't say it any better if it makes sense I can think things good but singing them out loud is difficult sometimes but he gets it right on the head I wish he was in my area because I would love for him to be my doctor I've been suffering with depression and anxiety and several pain conditions for many many years I'm an older lady 72 years old and it's very very hard I cry every single day and I've tried all different kinds of therapies and nothing has really worked it's heartbreaking really and very frustrating.
