I began my visit with 10 pounds of unwarranted attitude and Scott, through incredible professionalism, defused my vitriol and helped me understand what was happening. Not only was Scott incredibly adept at explaining and teaching concepts and potential diagnosis, he did so in such a manner as to provide me with a modicum of comfort. I left the visit realizing he actually cared and wanted to help. For me, this was an epiphany that I was not just another patient but someone who was valued. Scott, thank you
