I recently completed my physical therapy sessions. Thanks to Scott, Katlain, and Janell for their help and encouragement. My goal was to be able to walk like I did before my fall and continue my daily activities. With their plan (2 days a week with their guidance) in addition to (2X daily for 7 days at home), today I walked 1 1/2 miles in my hilly neighborhood without pain. My daily activities have greatly improved. This has been the best physical therapy experience I have ever had. I could not have done this without your help.
