Serena is one of the best therapists my loved one has seen in the last 16 years that she's been struggling with brain chemistry issues. Serena is very attentive to details of her patients, monitoring types of meds, dosages, physical appearance, mental, emotional stability. Serena goes beyond the call of duty to serve her patients. When my loved one became gravely disabled, Serena sat with her in ER for over 3 hours to comfort her since I live far away from my loved one. She updated me by text!
