The best therapist ever! As an older patient, I was always hesitant to seek therapy because of how I was raised, and in my generation, we were not allowed to be depressed or anxious. If you’re looking for someone who can change your perspective and begin healing with, she’s the one. She is kind, highly educated, and truly focused on treatment. As others have said, she has a great sense of humor and holds you accountable with love. You can tell that being a therapist is her true calling. She also has this contagious energy. Love her.
