I came to Dr. Herr with chronic neck and upper back pain, as well as tightness and compensations in those areas due to nerve compression in my neck. I've seen a number of physical therapists over the years, and 2-3 chiropractors, and have had all kinds of treatments (ART massage, dry needling, stim, graston, etc.). I've found what Dr. Herr does more effective at relieving my symptoms and improving mobility than any manual treatment I've had. A lot chiropractors these days seem to prefer devices (like those air guns) to manual adjustments. Dr. Herr was brass tacks: he looked at my alignment, palpated my spine and neck, popped me back into alignment, and sent me on my way. I can immediately feel more mobility in my neck and shoulders after a treatment and have seen a consistent reduction in nerve irritation. Highly recommended.
