Shannon has had a positive impact in my life. She feels like a therapist, goal setter and coach to help remind me to create plans to handle tough to easy situations. I never knew how much I needed someone to talk to and for someone to actively listen without following up with a story of their own. She provides sound feedback, recommendations, tools and advice. She has an answer to every situation that I’ve encountered and there are multiple. I never feel judged or embarrassed to talk to her.
