With a few weeks under Shannon's guidance, my walking and balance improved significantly. She paid close attention to my condition and did not simply prescribe the standard exercises. She challenged me and included innovative treatment. I am much more confident walking because of Shannon. Her pelvic floor exercises have also improved my bladder issues. No small feat!
