I was a bit guarded due to some reviews of different doctors at this practice. Dr. Ansari was on my list of “willing to try”. The office (Alliance location) was able to get me in earlier than originally scheduled (appreciated because of the pain)! I came in after a referral from a dentist and weeks of pain and lots of uncertainty. The office staff was all personable and friendly as well as my nurse at the beginning of the appt. Dr. Ansari was personable from the beginning greeting to the final wrap-up. He listened to my long explanations of what was going on, offered his thoughts and expertise, answered my questions and we made a treatment plan. I felt listened to and confident that his expertise would aid in my problem eventually being resolved. I am not yet sure if the issues will be resolved (will update later, if so), but for today, I left with a very pleasant experience and grateful to be heard!
