I have been visiting Sharon Novotny for a while with hearing issues in my right ear. I have found her to be patient, thorough, and compassionate regarding my situation. She listens and has been so encouraging with regards to finding a workable solution for my hearing deficit. She also has a wonderful sense of humor and my husband and I so appreciate her knowledge and expertise. Many, many thanks.....
