During Covid my best friend killed himself, and I didn't have a therapist who was helping me work through this efficiently. I heard of Shawn and went to him on Zoom and connected with him on such a deep level. I picked back up therapy when I could see him in person, and I am still going. He is insightful, considerate, and kind. I find myself very lucky to have found someone who has such empathy and was able to teach me new techniques for stabilizing my mood I'm able to regulate much more effectively since being under his care I've been able to organize my thoughts better and can articulate what is bothering me now much more regularly he's insightful but never pushes any agenda everything has felt organic and he's the best listener I've ever met Without him I don't know if I would be here today.
