Shawn Richards agreed to see me on very short notice. He immediately put me at ease. He was compassionate, caring, and sensed my anxiety. He offered several options to help me. He was not concerned about time - the appointment was not rushed. I would be comfortable in his office again and I would definitely recommend him.
