I wish I could give 100 stars. I've been sober now for 3yrs and have been working with Ms Shawna for 2 of those years. Came in dealing with truly bad trust issues that were not allowing me to move forward. Together we worked thru those trust issues broke down that wall allowing us to truly get to the root of my issues. Ms Shawna's ability to work around my schedule making herself available to me thru email or phone calls was paramount to me getting to were I am and staying sober. Being able to be serious when the time needed but also being able to joke and laugh has been key in keeping me committed to therapy and working with Ms. Shawna. There's alot of feelings and emotions that come to light when getting sober and the mental illness that I've been self medicating comes too. Knowing I'm not alone to go thru this is what I am truly grateful to Ms Shawna for.
