I’ve been seeing Shelia for years, and she is truly amazing! She’s helped me through so many different phases of my life, and I honestly don’t know where I’d be without her. She listens without judgment, is super understanding, and always knows how to guide me when I’m feeling lost or stuck. She’s incredibly compassionate but also challenges me in the best ways. If you’re looking for a therapist who genuinely cares and makes you feel safe and supported, I can’t recommend her enough!
