Shelby was wonderful! She truly listened to my questions and concerns, addressed every one of them with great knowledge and compassion, and I never felt rushed during the visit. She provided great information and even looked up and researched further into a medication that could potentially help my problems to make sure it was safe for me to take with my PMH. Shelby ordered appropriate blood work and encouraged me to follow up with a Hematologist regarding my PMH and provided that referral. She was very kind and understanding and I felt very comfortable and heard throughout the entire visit.
