Shelley Cerny is an incredibly gifted and compassionate acupuncturist who has helped me tremendously in managing chronic health symptoms for several years now. Every time I see her, she takes her time listening to my current symptoms and then we decide together what to focus on. She gives you a button to press in case you need her while you're lying there with the needles. She has soothing music, heat lamps, heated/cushioned tables, pillows, knee supports, and blankets. She really goes out of her way to make sure I'm comfortable during my treatments despite chronic pain issues. When someone is looking for an acupuncturist, I recommend her enthusiastically. She accepts a variety of insurance plans, and makes things easy for her patients by submitting claims for them, and accepting cash or credit cards. Making an appointment with her is easy and she has both afternoon and evening hours 3 days a week which offers a lot of flexibility around work schedules. I highly recommend her!
