I have seen Shelly Chambers for a couple years. With my career as a first responder, I have come to her crying many times. She has always been understanding, non-judgmental and knows exactly what to say. She has helped me with my PTSD tremendously. I was in a position where my life felt like it was falling apart and I was completely hopeless. She was there for me every step of the way to help me out of that dark hole.Today I feel like my life is in a very good place. I have many tools to use when memories and thoughts become a lot to deal with. I think of her words and advice and use them every day.
