Innovative, compassionate, intuitive, effective, empowering. Shelly has helped me work thru a lifetime of trauma. I also did DBT classes that were facilitated by her. She is AMAZING! She is currently working at VANDA in Rogers, MN. Worth the drive if you are looking for effective therapy.
