You often don't find reviews on psychologists, but Shelly needs one because she is life-changing. I was once the person deciding whether therapy was for me and debating if it made sense financially. I took the plunge and showed up to Shelly's office. One of the best decisions and investments I have ever made. Postpartum mental health issues are isolating, scary, confusing, and complex. Shelly is truly an expert on perinatal mental health. Most importantly of all: she is kind, empathetic, and just a wonderful human being. I can't think of a more supportive person for a vulnerable chapter in your life. I would give her more stars if it were an option. (Side note: Shelly has her Psy. D. and a lot of people would go by Dr. with this degree, so that alone tells you the kind of genuine person she is...just saying).
