I went to visit PATIENT PLUS due to my primary setting my appointment so far off and I was MISERABLE! Dr. Pendergrass introduce herself by her first name which made me feel comfortable like I already knew her. We discussed my issue and she gave her CONFIDENT PROFESSIONAL FEEDBACK as to what her plan was to treat my condition. She explained what to expect during the procedure and showed me the tools that would be used. She made me feel VERY POSITIVE that she would make everything BETTER!
