Sherina has been so extremely helpful during our time together. She is so compassionate and empathetic I felt oddly comfortable in her space. I shared things with Sherina that I had been trying to deal with myself silently for a number of years and she shone a light on all the adverse negative affects my self diagnosis and treatment had on other parts of me. Through our time together I really felt like I made drastic strides in improving my wellbeing. Highly recommend. 11/10 stars.
