I worked with this lady a long time and she literally has saved my life from a terrible situation. She taught me about personal boundaries and assertiveness. If you want a real therapist who is willing to work with you choose this one but you also have to do some of the work yourself. Don't be afraid to be vulnerable with Shiloh because she is very trustworthy, nonjudgemental, open minded and willing to go the extra mile to help you. Shiloh helped show me it does get better and that there's light at the end of the tunnel.
