I came to Shreya during one of the darkest times of my life, feeling desperate after cycling through several therapists. Initially, she listened quietly, which challenged me, but I soon realized she was focused on understanding my struggles. As our sessions progressed, Shreya introduced EMDR, CBT, and hypnotherapy, which made a significant impact. Thanks to her guidance, I am now alcohol-free, my life has changed in many ways, and my anxiety & depression have drastically decreased.Shreya is dedicated to her craft, skillfully connecting with me while maintaining healthy boundaries. She has empowered me to take charge of my life without fostering codependency. Although I’m still a work in progress, I feel much stronger and grounded than I did a year ago. If you’re seeking a compassionate and insightful therapist, Shreya is an incredible choice. I am truly grateful for her unwavering support and expertise throughout my healing journey.
