I went for my annual skin checkup and was scheduled with Dr. Ng after my prior dermatologist retired. He was easy to engage with, he was highly knowledgeable, and he was thorough. In particular, I had a lingering couple of questions after my appointment. I used the MyChart system to communicate my questions. His response was well thought-out, articulate, compassionate, and built confidence in my trust in him as one of my doctors. It was clear this wasn't only his opinion, but grounded in research. MD and a PhD, for the win!
