She is smart, real with you, really works on de-shaming whatever you feel negatively about yourself. My self esteem was able to improve and I lessened my anxiety. I had major eating disorder and body image issues as well and it’s like night and day now how I feel in those areas. It was hard to get treatment since I’m a dude and felt embarrassed. She saved my life!
