I smoked for 20 years and always wanted to quit. As MUCH as I tried, I always ended up going back to smoking after a few days. I decided to attend Smoke Stoppers with Stan about 7 or 8 years ago, and as the guarantee states, you'll quit within the first week. The program is a week long. I quit within the first week. I am so GLAD I attended! I learned so much about the psychological process of quitting smoking. It made it easy for me to quit. I was also supported the whole way through. I also receive psychological services from Stan and have now for over 15 years. He was able to give me an accurate diagnosis of my mental health condition after many years of misdiagnosis and is always there when I need to make an appointment. I have also called him in the middle of a crisis and was immediately returned a call. He is an expert in child psychology in 3 states and I also have taken my children into the office with me him whenever I have needed an expert opinion on how to approach a parent
